This is my meal now, beefchili with oaxaca cheese? Oaxaca? And cauliflower rice. To my surprise, the first few days of keto weren’t that bad. I wastotally is hoping that I would go with keto flusymptoms right off the bat. It wasn’t that bad, I didn’thave carbohydrate withdrawal. The heavines stayed the same, my concentration was there, but I’d fatigue much more rapidly in my primeds. Can’t even be certain it’sto do with the keto diet, but that’s what was happening. Going into the second week of keto, I was starting to struggle a lot with my menu preferences. When I go to work, and I’mgonna be working a long shift, I can’t introducing all ofthese goodies, an avocado, and all this nonsense. So, what did I do? I produced a Thrive Market can of salmon, with some mayonnaise andI basically ate “cat-o-nine-tail” food.Eating a food that’s so high-pitched in solid, I intend 75 percent ofmy calories were coming from overweight, it’s difficult to maintain that and I don’t means well. For pattern, if I’m going to a big event, I should probably eat ahead. You have to plan ahead ifyou wanna stick to keto. Because when you go to a fast food joint, or a diner, yes theymay have a piece of flesh, but feeing high-pitched protein is not keto.You have to be eating high-priced fat. So you have to be thinking about what it is you’re gonna elect off the menu. And you can get a cheeseburgerthat’s very fatty, has sauce on it that’shopefully carb free, that’s not optimal keto.That’s the nasty keto that people talk about. If you’re eating high saturatedfats, over cooked red meat, exerting handled oils, that’snot something I generally recommend or want for myself. Wait!( police sirens) Two weeks in, I alreadyhad some arises demonstrating. My invests were fittingbetter, my abs were coming out of hibernation, like one of them legit came out and said, “What up! ” And I was like, “Oh my divinity search its my ab, I used to see you back in the day and then you started hibernating.” It do surprise me that after 2 weeks of keto, I was alreadystarting to see results and now I get why this diet is so popular amongst people who are tryingto lose weight quickly.And not that I’m advocating for that, but it was nice to seeresults so early on, and fairly motivational. I “re just saying” though, themajority of the weight loss that happens in the first week or so is usually water heavines. That’s not gonna be sustainable, that race of weight loss. I feel like on keto, Iwake up really hungry. Normally I don’t mind bouncing breakfast, but on keto I’m starving. It’s probably because I’m eating so much less calories than normal. Getting into the later weeks of keto, I was getting hungry. That doesn’t mean I wasn’t satiated, I want eating a lot offats, you get full quickly and you’re no longer hungry. But when I say hungry, Imean more like lusts. Bananas, cookies and ointment milkshakes, and then I even noticed apattern where I was hungry, just because I was tolerated. I had a high fatty banquet, I hadsome sardines with guacamole. I’m full. But I wanna munch on something, I exactly wanna eat some microchips, so I’ve realized that I are happy to suffered eat.And on keto, you really can’t stood munch. Unless you exactly eat nuts all day, I don’t understand how many almonds you can eat in one day before you. I make I burst keto. I want not technically, but I had several imbibes last-place nighttime that technicallythrows you out of keto. They “re not” sugarydrinks, I really had soda and alcohol but that does technically take you out of ketosis atleast for a short while so you probably envision I’m a disappointment. Look, we all realise mistakesand two steps forward with one step back, isstill one step forward. That’s something thatI want you to remember and take away from my keto jaunt. If you mess up, it’s notthe end of the world.It’s doesn’t mean that you’re a downfall. Yes, I had a few boozes and it made me out ofketosis for a little bit because your body actually metabolizes the booze and uses thatas exertion instead of flabs. But, it’s fine. As soonas I stopped sucking the alcohol, the nextday I was probably back in ketosis and everythingwas back on track. So did it slow down my progress? Probably quite, but itwasn’t the end of the world. If I gave it like itwas the end of the world, that would hurt my progress because that would demotivate me, and cause me to lineup some cookies and cream milkshakes and we know we can’t do that on keto. I had a renewed determination to continue and finish my keto wander.( upbeat music) One month of keto is in the books! I originated it, I snack 75 percentof my calories from solid, 20 percent from protein, 5 percentage from carbs. I protruded to this bad boy. But let’s talk summary, let’stalk about what the hell happened. First and foremost, body. I started this nutrition at 208 pounds, I weighed in this morning at 202 pounds.So that’s a six poundweight loss in 4 weeks, sounds pretty appropriate, about a pound and a half per week. My abs are showing a little bit more, which comes me really excited for summertime. Now when it is necessary to my attention, I don’t necessarily feel any bigdifference that mounts out. But I do notice thatI don’t slam as much, especially in the midday section.Let’s talk recommendations, you need to have small dinners andsnacks at the ready.
